but why are there so long episodes? Almost 2 hours for 1 ep. Is that usual?

And can thai men 'rape'' women so easily without going to prison or something??

In reality, they're supposed to be in jail, actually. But many girls are ashamed and don't dare to report to the police.

But in drama, this is just a kind of drama that we call "slap/kiss type". Most of them have the rape scene. I also don't like this kind of scene and wish the producers will reduce this kind of scene in their drama.
