Break The Chain is a campaign by Checkpoint Zurich and Geneva in cooperation with the Swiss Aids Federation. The song has been donated to the campaign by Zurich-based artist duo Glitzerhaus in cooperation with Adam Joseph from New York. All "ambassadors" in the video are people from the community. They speak up for themselves and for others. They underline the message that everyone can "Break The Chain". So let's do it. If we do it, we do it SAVE!!!
