Thaiand, RSTDC : Plasma Gasifier Component(2/7)

Main components of Plasma Gasifier are as followings; 1) Pressure Tank, as water and alcohol mixture(1:5) feed stock under air-pressure(1.5 bar) 2)Vapourizer; as copper-tube coupling with engine exhout-tube to heat up water and alcohol to be vapour 3) High Voltage Power Supply 4) Reactor, provide plasma ionizing to crack water to be hydrogen and oxigen and make partial combustion through using oxigen from water cracking as oxidant for alcohol to be CO, CO2 and H2 that will prevent further combustion inside reactor. And 2nd part inside reactor will include catalytic agent to convers CO2 and water to CO and H2 as syngas that can be used as fuel as gasoline or LPG or NGV.
