The game isn't bad per-se, but it doesn't do much to improve over PS2's Spiderman 2. After you're past the visual bling, you realize the mechanism is pretty much the same but with a few extras.
Even so, Spiderman 2 at least had a decent movie and plot to follow, the 3rd one had... Emo Parker.

@Dreth363 i know this is a late reply but i have to agree that spiderman 2 game was far better than this. also the ps2 version of spiderman 3 was shit compared to the xbox and ps3 ones :(
