Bill Clinton, Reno, NV 8/17/07 Part 1

Part 1 of 4 clips of a speech Bill Clinton gave at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center following his appearance at the 10th annual Lake Tahoe Summit. Around 2,000 jammed the room to hear him speak. This video was originally recorded on HI8; I do not yet have the converter equipment to change this over to digital, so I pointed my digital camera at the television to record it. The effect is like a kinescope,so the quality isn't as good as a conversion video. The lighting was also very harsh, so at times he looks washed out because of the lights. Since I was the third person in line at the event, I was almost directly in front of him when he gave his speech.
