So how come they took off aboard "Eagleliner Dallas" but after the turbulence they were aboard "Eagleliner Toronto?" Was the airframe stressed so badly that they had to "change planes" in midair?

Not to nitpick but that was not a DC-8 passenger cabin. I know most people couldn't care if the cabin matched the actual airliner. But a great video nonetheless. Thank You. (-:

What a disappointing end...........

"And that ends our little sightseeing tour folks. I hope you enjoyed it. May I suggest you take a little trip to the restroom before we land to clean out the shit thats in your pants."

"The Pilot" .....Cliff Robertsons best flick.

@edmonton67 It was common practice to use reverse thrust during flight on the inboard engines ONLY on the DC8 i in some situations, it worked very much like a speedbrake.... aside from the highly unrealistic over dramatization, that was the only bit of realism in that piece of film.

They bought their tickets, they knew what they were getting into...I say...let 'em crash!
warning: unfastened seatbelt during turbulence may lead to bad acting!
