  • QUE LE PUSO QUE??????????????? mantequilla de cacahuate????????? las monjas que inventaron el mole deben estarse revolcando en su tumba.... :S this is so wrong.....

  • ¡CUIDADO! Si consumes un mole que no está bien hecho te puede dar chorro, sí, diarrea, esta señora está haciendo una copia batata y pirata del mole tradicional mexicano. Sugiero que Gail Hoffman aprenda a hacer el mole como debe ser y no modifique la receta ni en el procedimiento ni en los ingredientes.

  • Ahhhmm.... the onion should be roasted, tomato is a no, no. Aaaahmmm... it is not blended in a food processor either, it is more of a puree thing, so please BLENDER!!!! How do these white bitches end up teaching "authentic" ethnic cuisines?
