every one, who said idiot, actually idiots themselves. I saw the vedio by a math professor at Cambridge, provided the same solution, which on the donut surface. This cute kid gave his solution independently on the donut surface. The trick here is not like those idots claimed "flat", "building" or "crossing". Those real idiots are much more stupid than normal people can think of. The trick is there is a hole in the donut shape, as this smart kid showed clearly in his brilliant solution.

1)no crossing of pipes

2)no crossing with buildings

3)no extra buildings and objects and no deleting

4)dont do anything with the land

So, he has broken roule #4!

This puzzle is simply IMPOSSIBLE!

firstly, its impossible.

secondly, its a 2 dimension puzzle not a 3 dimension

thirdly, u cheated and u did not solve the utilities puzzle
