@FmanFORPS3 Hey - Thanks for tuning ing. I am 5'4 with a slim athletic build. Waist is 26" -- so if she's around there, your gf will encounter issues with the strap fitment with this back protector. I want to say my torso is rather long for my height so 7 plate worked fine. Knox has a printout you can use to measure your back length and it'll tell you what plate size you need. Hope that helps! Awesome review! Thanks for both the positives and negatives, it gave me a better idea of what to expect.
I actually have a couple questions about fitting/sizing that I hope you would be able to answer. I am planning on buying this back protector for my girlfriend, and I'm not sure which size I should order for her. She is about 5'5" with a slim/fit body shape. I was curious as to whether you think I should purchase the 6-plate or the 7-plate?
