  • Hey Matt, in a lot of videos, i see that the sync speed of my canon 450D is about 1/200 (not sure) but I tried with an old Minolta flash, and I was able to shoot up to 1/320 without any black band on the picture. It only happens below 1/320. Did you try on your camera or you trust the camera specs to shoot? Thank you

  • hi i have a D90 w/ SB600 i use the commander mode of the camera but i dont know how to set it properly. should i put it in bracket A,B or C or channels 1,2,3,4. i dont have an umbrella to defuse the this is why i get very sharp hard lights which i get too much of a shadow cast off one side... how can i get round this (for portraits) thanks
