Why tune up a Renault? Same hard work in a better car would result in something so much cooler... (and there's obviously a lot of work for it to be taking the Impreza like that).
Bottom line car tip: the french make great bicycles.

the bottom line is subarus are way too fast to learn in and non race drivers will go no where near the limit of that car, thats why you rarely see one being pushed at a track day unless the driver has worked his/her way up through slow cars. i started in a shitty rover metro then megan coupe 1.6 and now a bmw 325 which im getting used to pushing round knockhill / cadwell. i know this car is much slower in every way to any subaru but i sail past them all day long xcept one guy (x formula ford)!

@deandutton Clio. It's for driving, not for posing.

R5 GT TURBO

end of the day the clio is a piece of sh=t and the scooby isn't.
what what you rather be driving in.

i guess it's a case of 'it's not what you drive but how you drive it' the bloke in the renault obviously knew what he was doing where-as the subaru fella didn't have a clue. Unfortunately this video will make some ppl think that the impreza is a rubbish car, where to be honest we all know it isn't lol

did the suby hit at 1:36 ???? listen close..

The car was obviously naturally aspirated though. The only advantage it had was it's weight.

I own a race track scooby and id be embarrassed to be that scooby driver what a tit.
Plus a clio 172 track car will push a standard sti anyday of the week.
the impreza is not racing

people are saying how the clio eased past the subee but look at the clio it sounds race tuned and it barely has a dash so it is probably super light and the subaru looks very stock
