@trac4yt Jesus didn't die. In fact, util you present evidence, he probably never even lived.
Prove he was historic and actually lived first, then prove how and where he died and then - ONLY THEN - show that he "rose for the dead"
You are deluded.

@trac4yt Or he's correct and all you Christians are deluded. I'm betting on that. Unless you have evidence of the existance of a god, then have evidence that it is the god as depectied in your mythology in the Bible AND further that Jesus both actually existed AND was the son of this god you have just proven.
You have a long way to go. Indeed, you can't do it.
To believe something on faith is the mark of a a fool and a slave.

The best thing about YouTube is that you meet many of the authors and so called scholars. I only wish I had found this video 2 years ago -it would have saved me $25.99 as I wouldn't have bought his book "Jesus, interrupted". The book is descriptive but the author alternatively uses, misues and ignores the basic concepts of the two natures displayed by Jesus and that the whole point of religion is to uphold a few moral ideals.Rather he rejoices at finding the discrepancies in the trivial

Revelation 17: The whore of Babylon riding the beast and the 7 heads representing 7 kingdoms;5 past (Assyria, Babylon, Egypt, Persia, Greece) and one was "now" (Rome) and the next is yet to come. Only those that beleived that Rome would be taken over by a powerful empire that would control all its territories would conclude that the end was near. However, Mongols, Berbers, Vikings and Celts took over portions of Rome but no dominant Empire has controlled all its territories to this day!

Isnt it a little strange that a bible scholar claims that the concept of the devil "a personal enemy of God" only appears in the book of revelation considering Genesis 3:14; The Lord God said to the snake, because you did this, a curse will be put on you..."

I put no trust in your emotional beliefs. I am not afraid, for God is my protector. Stop blathering nonsense. There are no pictures of heaven nor of hell nor of the lake of fire.
-
Wrong! Your eternal hell is a myth just like you heaven! Google: "Hinnom Valley-Jerusalem" then click on "THE REAL PICTURE OF HELL" No eternal hell=no need for salvation=no need to worship an invisible man! STOP LIVING IN FEAR AND IGNORANCE as you look stupid!!

My threats are meaningless. But God's carry omnipotent force.
"Bart was a pseudo-Born again Christian"
Every time a Christian - born again or not - leaves his faith, someone will imply that the former Christian wasn't a *true* Christian to begin with.
This is of course an example of the "No True Scotsman" fallacy.

That's so self-einforcing and absurd.
"Don't doubt what you hear here. Doubt is the work of the devil!"
Oy vey. We're adults, man. Talk to us like adults. Reason and logic are welcome, no, encouraged!
