Thank you comrade

He talks like a Cyborg

He is a lot tongue in cheek! A very funny guy who plays around with cultural stereotypes to keep things humorous but make no mistake - this guy is a beast. The strength test for master of sport in kettlebells is unreal. He is a great teacher and motivator and knows reams of info on sport physiology and training. He is awesome.

his techniques are legit, but his marketing is awkward.
-

Pavel is the real deal, read his books and apply them, he practices what he teaches
-

The stretches shown are pretty similar to those you would find in any pre-professional ballet school (oversplits), and, as everyone, knows the Russian ballet schools are THE best in the world. Their students used to be hand picked, but I don't know how students are selected there these days. It's definitely true that one must relax in order to stretch effectively. The part about becoming a mutant - hysterical! How can you not love this guy.
