First of all, Obama is not talking about the current contributions but the whole contribution for centuries. Be reasonable. Muslims have contributed to the every branch of science a lot. In fact, the history is the proof-they have been pioneers in several major sciences.
Your comparision does not make sense.( as a number of nobel prizes)
