A minute to three mins is inadequate. A minimum of three at absolute least. I prefer five to ten mins. When you receive the energy it can feel like static electricity. After a full healing session you feel lighter and energetically expanded.

@ShamelessNecrophile I watch it, and what it does for me is put me to sleep. It really is calming. I focus on the words and voice. :D

@ShamelessNecrophile - I find boobs to be quite uplifting... nothing negative there at all actually. The teaching is good, the video is good, no disrespect intended. The boobs just make it... well, better. Maybe that makes me ignorant, maybe not, either way, I give the video and the boobs 2 thumbs up!
