Mesazhet e ambasadës amerikane te publikuara nga "Wikileaks" nuk përmbajnë vetëm raportime apo komente për ngjarjet me te rëndësishme ne Shqipëri. Jo ne pak raste ato përcjellin edhe vëzhgime për zakonet e shqiptareve, thashetheme qe qarkullojnë ne Tirane, deri edhe komente për veshjen e personaliteteve kryesore te skenës publike. Ina Rama, Prokurorja e Përgjithshme e cila gjithnjë ka gëzuar te paktën ne publik mbështetjen e ish-ambasadorit Withers, është komentuar jo vetëm për punën e saj, por edhe për stilin e veshjes.
