That Testament was awesome. Despite the fact that he got destroyed in the first round, he learned from his mistakes and he saw that the Sol had no variation in his attack, so he exploited that in the other two rounds. In addition, there was no need for him to do long combos, especially when he was fighting a Sol with straight-foward tactics. He could have done excessively long combos, but it would've been more of a waist of tension.

Look at the end of the match, Testa Traps defend then hit&run then back to traps, Sol was like "shit! what should i do???" he tried this in the begining of 1st round but sol got him with a random volcanic viper then he kept preassur

I think Test player wasn't so good. He barely did any combos, just punished Sol. Not to mention the first round. Sure he is good, but he could use a little combo training

You know what.... other than the random Volcanic Vipers that he whiffed, whoever is using this sol is pretty damn awesome. The testament player is just sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo­oooooooooooooooooooooooo much better. Thumbs up to the max to the testament and a pat on the back for the defeated (yet still good) sol player.

that and the sol kept doing random VVs, which the testament player punished accordingly

that was a very adaptive testament. he realized that most of that sol's rushdown incorporated gunflame frc -> throw. it's really hard to break but it seems his best option was to mash 2+p.
