@UHOHYESYEAH You cannot compare F-22 with F-15's due to the different generations they are in. F-15 is designed and put into service in the 1970's while the F-22 is only being developed by the end of 80's and put into service by 2005. F-15 is an 4th-generation fighter but F-22 is 5th-generation, comparing them both would be like comparing a Windows XP with a Windows 7 computer. F-15 was by far still the best fighter of all time. Please get your facts right before you post unnecessary comments!

wow i was an aircraft armament spec from 88-91 at Bitburg AB. this video just brings back so many great times i had over there... not to mention the occassional eagle bites i got from this plane when i was not paying attn lol!.. as for the F-15 i love working with this tough, durable and proven!!!

@UHOHYESYEAH Yes the F-15 is outdated, you are correct. However, you cannot shit all over what the F-15 has done to defend our country. You can have your love for the F-22, but pay your respects to the fighting legends also. If it wasn't for the F-15 protecting this country for the last 40 plus years, there would be no F-22. BTW, all you have to do is a quick Google search for" F-22 crashes" to find a lot of dead pilot and ground crew due to F-22 malfunctions. It has happened to the best also.

@UHOHYESYEAH First, the F-15 was the best in it's time. You cannot compare the F-22 to the F-15 yet. The F-22 is a virtual fighter at this point. It does not have a track record to back it up. The F-15, F-16, and F-18 all have long track records to prove their superiority. The F-15 has pretty much lived out it's life as a U.S. fighter. The F-16 and 18 still have long lives ahead as multi role fighters. The F-22 has yet to prove itself, but it will have a chance. You have shown your ignorance.

yes, i know people sometimes ask rather than do a 2-second search themselves... but infact, i spent more time than i am willing to admit looking for that information. if you were able to find it this quick on google, id like to know what you typed in? i typed "f15 take off distance"... and 30 variations of similar keywords with little success.
