This is a video which uses Franz Kafka's parable of the law in the sound track. It has two sequences film(Video Data) shot from the interior of a moving vehicle. In one shot a less than thirty second excerpt of Suicidal Tendency's "Institutionalized" could be heard. This sound was mixed with other originally constructed sounds. I don't really care if this is played on you tube or not but in this case the song could never be used as a replacement for the entire version of the song. Nor would this song be either the primary or secondary source appeal of this video offering. I may be wrong in thinking That one song is to blame for the warning I received. Perhaps it was the background atmospheric audio of Freakwater's "Loserville" but that album was on Thrill Jockey and they wouldn't do that. One would hope. Finally there is the Parable of the Law itself which is read by some dude in some audio recording I got laying around, That was quite a lot to take i suppose but I thought it's relative obscurity and cultural value might allow for it's use. Course I personally took and processed all of photo's and made all of the music myself. All the video was just taken at the moment and nothing was set up as far as the sounds.
