The music is on the game cd in wav format... that should be easier to find than just the music. You could also try to send a message to the user below, he said he was extracting it.

I noticed another delay in my version of the game. Could you please test this: when fighting the snake-like boss at 1:24, use a smart bomb. Does the damage the bomb deals delay by about a second?

I don't notice any more delays than with any other enemy... are you playing it on a console or an emulator?

Same here... I tried it a few times, and it doesn't look like there is a delay. If there is, it's not by a second.
There is a small delay if you use the bomb right from the beginning, but that happens with any weapon; I assume it's because it has some kind of armor.
