During bombings over Helmand, Afghanistan 18 civilians were killed, while the international forces claim there were no civilian deaths.

The International Council on Security and Development (ICOS) is an international policy think tank with offices in Brussels, Kabul, London, Ottawa, Paris, and Rio.

The Council's work encompasses foreign policy, security, development and counter-narcotics policies and aims to provide innovative analysis and proposals within these areas. The extensive programme currently underway in Afghanistan focuses on global policy development in conjunction with field research to investigate the relationships between counter-narcotics, military, and development policies and their consequences on Afghanistan's reconstruction efforts.

  • This is the true face of American imperialism. The biggest superpower on the planet has NO EXCUSE for the collateral damage it causes in its quest to control an unfair portion of the world's oil wealth. Since it's genocidal inception, America has posed as a humanitarian state, yet it flaunts the rules of international law and morality. This is is not a rant against the West; it is a simple and profound truth that blemishes this nation which could be great but which is ruled by failure.
