@Blastaar7 canada is very kid-focused. You'll notice that there are no adults in this show. Never once does an actual adult make an appearance. The closest thing is a college student here or there (technically an adult but have you ever MET one? :D) And even in the degrassi series, there was minimal adult exposure. For example, there were no side stories about any of the adults unless it focused on how it affected the kids.

ok maybe they DID ring a lot.. still. This seems excessive.
