They used to play this at the Twisted Wheel m/c, Twisted Wheel Blackpool, Mecca Blackpool... in 1968!

@ragtop...FANTASIC story...my folks used to throw down at Country House...we lioved in nyack and had friends in CT near by...maybe they danced to your jams, man!!!

I used to play opposite these guys at the Country House (Deercrest Inn) in Banksville NY in the '60s. They were a B3 trio (Hammond, drums, sax). I remember them doing "Time" by the Chambers Bros. Those were the days! I was with The Soul Company.

Always knew this as A "Specials" song...then one day while grocery shopping at Whol;e Foods, I heard this...I was blown away in the produce section!!!!!!!
