    The breath going in and out, in and out, in and out... the balance of life. Seek the truth and find the middle ground. Don't be afraid to care. Search for "Truth Contest" in Google, click the top result, then open "The Present" on the homepage and read what it says. This is truth you can check with reason and experience, not religious nonsense or any other BS.
