Our apprentice Mina does her first official tattoo as the Daredevil Apprentice. Mina spent three years mopping the floors and getting us our food and coffee before getting the privilege to begin tattooing in the shop. Tattooer and shop co-owner Brad Fink is in the chair and we all did our best to make her as uncomfortable as possible. Mina earned her apprenticeship by working very hard, putting in her time and impressing every artist in the shop with her paintings and good work ethic.
Did she pay for her apprenticeship or did she do shop work in exchange for you skills?

@Dodgerholik2007 Mina earned her apprenticeship mostly by earning our respect. She worked hard, listened and put a lot of time into learning to draw and paint for tattooing by watching and practicing. We don't sell apprenticeships there's no easy way in it takes time and dedication and there's no guarantees.
