This video is about my Beagle dog: Dizzy.
Last year she had a surgery: a new knee,
for Arthrose destroyed her knee.
There were 2 options; a surgery,
or bringing her to the "Rainbow Bridge".
(Dizzy is 7 years old)
I was told she wouldn't
ever walk again...the surgery would just be
for take away the pain.
I gave her a chance with all my love
And...she can walk!
Not as fast as before the surgery,
I carry her often but
I'm so proud, I love her so much!
Dizzy is happy, enjoys her life again,
without pain and she can walk...
I added the wonderful poem: "Just My Dog"
by Gene Hill.

JUST MY DOG Poem:

She is my other eyes that can see above
the clouds; my other ears that hear above
the winds. She is the part of me that can
reach out into the sea.

She has told me a thousand times over that
I am his reason for being: by the way she
rests against my leg; by the way she thumps
her tail at my smallest smile; by the way she
shows her hurt when I leave without taking her.
(I think it makes him sick with worry when he
is not along to care for me.)

When I am wrong, she is delighted to forgive.
When I am angry, she clowns to make me smile.
When I am happy, she is joy unbounded.
When I am a fool, she ignores it.
When I succeed, she brags.
Without her, I am only another man.
With her, I am all-powerful.
She is loyalty itself.
She has taught me the meaning of devotion.
With her, I know a secret comfort and a
private peace. She has brought me understanding
where before I was ignorant.
Her head on my knee can heal my human hurts.
Her presence by my side is protection against
my fears of dark and unknown things.
She has promised to wait for me...
Whenever...wherever--in case I need her.
And I expect I will--as I always have.
She is just my dog.

n'est pas long pour prendre soin de moi.)

Quand je me trompe, elle se réjouit de pardonner.
Quand je suis en colère, elle clowns pour me faire sourire.
Quand je suis heureuse, elle est la joie sans bornes.
Quand je suis un fou, elle l'ignore.
Quand je réussis, elle se vante.
Sans elle, je ne suis un autre homme.
Avec elle, je suis tout-puissant.
Elle est la loyauté même.
Elle m'a appris le sens de la dévotion.
Avec elle, je sais un confort et un secret
paix privée. Elle m'a apporté la compréhension
là où avant je ne savais rien.
Sa tête sur mon genou peut guérir mon homme me fait mal.
Sa présence à mes côtés est la protection contre
mes craintes des choses sombres et inconnues.
Elle a promis de l'attendre pour moi ...
Chaque fois que ... là où - dans le cas où j'ai besoin d'elle.
Et je m'attends - comme je l'ai toujours fait.
