i have done this  and the Conection cant find the IP on my Xbox

you have to restart your modem.

then it will pick up your IP

and restart your PC.

it should work.

that happened to me when i figured that out so yea.

i did same instructions as you showed but when i connect my ethernet cable to my laptop, wireless connection automatically shuts down. please let me know what can i do?
