@belro17 I have the battery up against the front of the wingtube and 1/2 oz of lead in the tail. Also, throttle management is another... there is not "sweet spot"... you have to adjust the throttle constantly to throw more air over the tail surfaces to get any authority... plus a little wind, but there really wasn't that much wind that day. Great little airplane!

I think it's time for me to unleash the beast. Yesterday I moved the CG back as the day went on and noticed it was easier to harrier/hover. (as much as I could manage) I need to turn up my throws. I'm probably at only 2/3 or less of what they should be for 3D. And how do you get it to harrier with the nose so far up?!
