This guy obviously doesn't get it. If he'd heard years and years of stories of transfolks deathly afraid of gym class, as any gender therapist has, he'd see how utterly silly this fear is. This is the kind of paranoia that has done so much damage to transgender people.

No Peter, despite your fantasies to the contrary, no person with a female gender identity is ever willfully going to expose the wrong genitlia to anyone, anywhere, any time.
If you don't believe me, find an example of what you describe happening and show it to us. Just one example would be enough.
