Today, African-American women are losing their Black beauty hair salons to Latina Dominicans. Most Black women are fed up with Dominican women coming into their communites, setting up hair shops and allegedly running the African-American beauty hair salons that's been in the Black communites for decades out of business.

Dominican women says, "There's no law on the books that says that Latinas can't offer their services to African-American women to get their hair done at a Dominican hair salon."

Black Women are acussing Dominican Women of stealing their Black female costumers away to make money for Latina Dominicans.

Who is to blame for Black Women hair salons to go out of business? African-American Women? or Latina Dominican Women? Or both?
