@fuckkkingtasty How do you know it was the first time he started it after the rebuild. Obviously there are a few teething problems starting a rebuilt bike. Also bikes don't have tits, maybe the person riding it is a tit or has tit's.

Can't you read?
It says "First startup of my turbobike", which means he has probably just finished building it, which probably means the bodywork is off because it has just been finished and he hasn't got round to fitting it yet.
I'd guess the reason he didn't rev the tits off it is because he has just finished building it and it hasn't been run in yet, which explains the low revs. Do you understand this or do I need to type s-l-o-w-e-r ???
