Whitney the greatest of all time !! There will never be another. I hope the baby is doin okay its tuff loosing a mother so young and things that have been the same for years changes. Like the sky don't seem the same. You yourself will change and its a dark place where nobody understands even a sibling , I pray for both the houston and brown family. Still cant believe it.

Show BUSINESS seems to be a hard one; most entertainers seem not to experience the loving sentiments that the industry has them peddle endlessly. It takes stamina, endurance and strong support systems to maintain the pace and manage the stress of being all things to all people. Whitney Houston managed very well for a long time - Christina, Brittany, Pink have not managed it as well - or as long. Salute Whitney!

Could everyone stop demonizing Bobby Brown? He was no better no worse than any other black man I imagine. If the two shared drugs together, I am sure he did not forceably shove them down her throat. Whitney seemed an astute person and I believe that maybe Bobby's more positive qualities made the negative ones endurable for longer. At some point he gave her love and a daughter and was there for both of them. Pictures of their life together appear to support this fact and Whitney said as much.

It's sad cause she peaked around 1993. She had no more hits except for the Star Spangled Banner. And then she gets with that dope Bobby Brown where she deemphesized herself, and got deeper into drugs. She was living for this world in the worst way. She lost touch in every way...it's was bown hill from here : (
