This court video was shot by Stockholm District Court in the Pirate Bay trial in January 2009.

You could might as well arrest the owners of youtube because of their users uploading copyrighted material

It would be impossible to remove all the copyrighted files on PBT, because it's one of the biggest filesharing sites in the world. And even if they did try to remove the files, then it would just be reuploaded. Regardsless of that, the whole principle of piratebay is that there is no boss, so who should remove it?

The only real thing to do would be arresting the individual uploader. Period.
