  • @Bedeborah Thank you! Blendecs run about $400. I have heard that Vitamix blenders are good, as well. They are around the same price. If you use a regular blender, make sure the chop the fruits and vegetables, smaller. I am not sure about the juicer.

  • @DnCMiller You are right. Organic is definetly the way to go. Most of the fruit and veggies I eat are organic.  I have also replaced my spinach with Kale. I like it better.
