@mkeogh76 It wasn't two learn yo shit before you start talkin . The Buffalo soldiers been a strong forrce since they were founded . The indians said it , the white man tried to deny it , until he just had to give them they props. Thats why they reg was active for so long .They even helped the frecnch win thier war .So you mght wanna suck my big black balls bitch
@shadowwolfHITSQUADtv Two MoH winners is not enough to make a dent in the performance of a 16,000 man division with bad leadership and poor training. The measure of a division's success is not a few heroic individuals, but battles won and the 92nd as an all-black outfit was not a success. What limited success it achieved only occured when Almond managed to make non-blacks 2/3's of its infantry strength. I don't blame the soldiers for the 92nd's failures, but Almond and US Army.
@shadowwolfHITSQUADtv Sorry to again rain on your "Buffalo soldiers rulz lol" parade with the truth that a poorly trained and led outfit is not going to get battlefield results regardless of the color of its soldiers. Did some all black outfits perform well in WWII? Yes, the 332nd FG, the 761st Tank Bn, and the 92nd's sister unit the 93rd Division. However, those units had what the 92nd didn't: proper leadership and training. It's not about color: it's about LEADERSHIP!
@shadowwolfHITSQUADtv Rant all you want, but it isn't gone to change the fact that the 92nd performed badly. Even when it achieved its objectives, it would lose them to counterattacks. It wasn't like they were taking on crack units either. It struggled against poorly equipped and badly led Italian fascist troops. Did some 92nd troops perform admirably? Yes, but a few heroic individuals among 16,000 isn't going make much of dent when the overall leadership is abysmal and the training poor.
@mkeogh76 some of those soldiers in the 92nd got the medal of honor . Some became paratroopers others did other things. The buffalo soldiers were never weak so you can take that shit elsewhere check the books mann .
@shadowwolfHITSQUADtv The 92nd wasn't alone in its poor performance. However, when a white division performed poorly then the division and regimental commanders would be fired because the Army believed that it was poor leadership that was at fault not the soliders, but with the 92nd the Army's attitude was the exact opposite. Institutionalized racism being the culprit for the difference. With proper leadership the 92nd could have been a fine unit, but it didn't get proper leadership.
@shadowwolfHITSQUADtv Sorry to rain on your parade with historical facts. It's appears you to want to imagine that the 92nd was a good unit simply due to the color of its soldiers. That is simply not supported by the historical record. NO soldiers regardless of color or creed will fight well when they have inadequate leadership and training. The 92nd was not some sort of special exemption to that fact and its poor combat record reflects it.
