week goverment to implement its law .its the weekness of our society just making law of ganja illigal is not the solution strictly implementing the law and punishing the smugglers is most important and also its the student who needs to realise what is good for them and bad for them .college should be more entertaining rather then just collecting fee from the poor parents and giving useless knowledge..every person should be responsible .kantipur should not publicise face of those student.
