@seanfuckingjones I'm comparing a shit cover to an original tune which is fairly easy reindeer games. My hugely expansive, god-sized musical palate didn't even need a dip.

In fact, if you don't get the Zeppelin reference you're the one floundering in the primordial muck here cottonball. Thanks for commenting though, I remembered how bored I was trying to find a cover of Black Dog that didn't totally choke on a cock. That was fun times. Never did find one though,.

@theblahs I just had to jump in here. Jarboe's vocals are beautiful, interesting and heartfelt. Courtney Love is a soulless succubus who if anything is indebted to artists like Jarboe. Why is Zeppelin even mentioned or referenced? You clearly have a pop education of music at best. Expand your palate and knowledge about musical history before spouting off incorrect assumptions. You only embarrass yourself when you don't know the facts and get emotional.

@theblahs I didn't make it and Led Zeppelin has openly stated that they stole all those songs. The original tune, if you were to distort the acoustic guitar, would sound a lot like this Swans cover, it's very creative how they took THEIR sound and made a cover of a very soft technical song like Nick Drake's Black Eyed Dog. you don't have to appreciate it but don't act like you know anything about music.

@theblahs This is a Nick Drake cover so they are doing Nick Drake riffs not Jimmy Page! This band formed way before Hole so it's more like Hole ripped them off. Also, Nick Drake was beginning his career along with the riff stealing Led Zeppelin. (search "everything's a remix led zeppelin") so again, you're wrong.
