Another sewer section, this time with some ill-advised platforming elements. Movement in any game made with the XnGine is a bit on the stiff side and there's a tendency to get stuck in the scenery, so jumping around isn't the most fun you can have with Future Shock. There are some slightly more interesting and dramatic jumps later in the game, though...

  • i hated that jumping part, but then i hate all jumping puzzles in games.

  • Me too. Jumping works in games like Super Mario but definitely not in FPSs and other first person games (except perhaps Mirror's Edge).

  • I wouldn't have been surprised if he did. After all, the XnGine is known for producing some very weird bugs (although Future Shock seems a lot more stable than Daggerfall, if only because the world is much smaller in the former game).
