Real cool Nirve stealthy motorized bike/bicycle--very different than other motorized bikes. Go to http://www.kenuhawaii.com to see my custom bodyboards--made in Hawaii, USA! Aloha

Hawaii frowns upon motorized bikes, so I tried to make my bike less noticeable by making changes and painting everything with cheap flat black paint to make it real stealth! Yes we all know this bike will never win any contest for paint and chrome. Although it is stealthy, maybe the best thing to do is paint it to look like a normal color because everybody looks at it--I think they know somethings up. Note that I first painted even the pedal crank black, but decided to repaint it chrome to emphasize the fact that it is a pedal bike--in case some cop is looking. I was thinking maybe instead of random carpet around the engine to disguise it, maybe I'll make a wire basket to cover the lower part of the engine and then put in some fake hollow items like a tall Pringle can and other fake hollow things--so it looked like I bought some stuff at the store--but really the engine is inside of there. Yeah I know, I really should be doing something more productive with my life--I already got a wife!!!

Note that the CDI module is hidden under the engine and the engine is enclosed by random cut and ventilated rubberized carpet( but not touching) the engine. This keeps the noisy engine quiet and yet doesn't make the engine hot--mainly because I don't use the engine too much--I mostly pedal it around until the opportunity presents itself to blast down the road.

I extended the exhaust using 3/4" plumbing parts with a good gas mower muffler on the end--wrapped with more rubberized carpet to disguise it and make the engine more quiet.

The gas tank is one I got from my local small engine repair shop. I bought a NAPA fuel nipple and easily screwed it into the plastic body. I then sealed all the holes and used JB weld to seal the holes better and cover the whole area so it doesn't leak. Surprisingly it doesn't leak because the JB weld doesn't look like it really bonds too well to the special plastic the tank is made of. When I transport the bike sideways in my van, I quickly take off the tank and run the engine until all the gas is gone from the carb fuel bowl-then I put it in the van.
