I talk about some of the ways I stay connected to my inner child, share some stories about what happens when I do & hopefully inspire you to get more in touch with your (silly, creative, spontaneous, joyful) inner child today!!! The child in you wants to laugh, play, explore, learn & grow! Kids live in the moment and fun is a natural part of life! I mean, if you're not having fun, what are you doing in life? I know, I know, not every experience is going to be a lot of fun. We live in a world of duality so contrasts are to be expected... BUT, if you are unhappy, more than you are happy, you need to ask yourself, why? And is it really worth it? You create your experiences. You can choose to align yourself with fear. You can choose feelings of discontent. You can choose to dwell on the past or worry about the future. Or, you can choose to align yourself with joy, love & laughter. You can choose to feel connected to source (love) energy always! You CAN live in the moment!

We are very inquisitive as children, but also, very impressionable & form most of our models of the world as children. You need to realize, if you haven't already, that a lot of these models are not positive & life-affirming. A lot of them are tainted with fear & rigid, strict guidelines. Once you realize that most of what you believe to be true are a bunch of subconscious belief systems influenced by external sources, some of them very detrimental to your being, you can decide to make a change. You can change right now. Change doesn't happen tomorrow. Change happens NOW!!! If you feel like you're in a rut right now; If you feel lost, confused, like something is missing, do something NOW to change that. Take a step in the right direction! The easiest thing you can do is...

Do something that a child would do for fun! Think back to when you were a child- What did you do for fun? Start by doing something you really enjoyed as a child, and go from there. Not only will you have lots of laughs, you might bring waves of nostalgia from childhood, which could be very powerful! Here are some examples: Go to the park & swing on the swings! Play hide-and-Go-Seek. Jump in puddles when it's raining! Make a fort out of couch cusions and inside the fort, read "spooky" books, comic books, or whatever books you were into as a kid! Have a sleepover party! Hang out with other silly & fun adults and/or children! Do some arts and crafts! Go to a toy store, buy 2 lightsabers and have a lightsaber "fight" with a friend. You'll most likely feel so ridiculously silly that you might end up practically rolling on the ground laughing! You don't need to buy anything though. Make up a game. Do you remember when you were a kid and you'd be in your backyard playing and you'd create some game, like, a lava game. You create some crazy obstacle course in the backyard and pretend that the grass is lava. You have to go through the obstacle course without touching the grass... well, maybe you have, like, 5 lives or something- So if you touch the grass, you're out a life.... but of course the game progresses. Maybe it progresses into... Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! You're now totally the bodacious, radical, tubular ninga turtles on a righteous mission to save the world's largest pizza from attack of a thousand ravenous, mutant mice!!! Cowabunga dude!!! Anyway... you catch my drift- Use your imagination! Have fun! Laugh!

Laughter alone is enough to raise your vibration up so high, that the thought of anything unhappy vanishes completely! You might realize after a simple exercise like this, that perhaps you DID forget what it was like to be a child and how extremely important it is to do things that connect you to your inner child regularly! It might inspire a whole new way of living & being in this world! You might make it a habit of gettin' your silly on everyday & of making every moment enjoyable in some way. When you start to see life through the eyes of your inner child, there is NEVER a dull moment! LIFE itself becomes an exciting playground with never-ending swings of joy and slides of magic! When you stay open to the wonderment of life, maintain this zest for learning, exploring, growing & like a child, with a supportive & loving family, know that you will always be supported by the Universe, life really does seem like magic. I mean, it is magical if we simply allow it to flow. Happy, creative thoughts & feelings allow it to flow. Unhappy, rigid thoughts & feelings stop the flow. One more reason to GET-CHO SILLY ON PEOPLE! YEEHAW!!!

  • I love your hair! What do you do to it?

  • @7Skilletfan Not too much, other than eating lots of healthy food, including lots of raw, organic foods including lots of raw dark leafy greens, green smoothies, fresh fruit & veggie juices, sprouts, avocados, superfoods, etc.. I've been vegetarian my whole life, and got into eating a lot more raw food over the last 6 years. :) As for shampoos and hair products, I don't really use anything in particular- really any organic/ natural shampoo/ conditioner that's on sale...lol

  • Many people on this planet think that happiness is some sort of destination which is attained by things and positions. I need to be at point B becuase point A is so terrible and unfulfillable. The fact of the matter is that all points in that time will be terrible and unfulfillable.

  • @jabahut1 Very true!!

  • ♥ making panecakes and things in chocolate ♥

  • The other day I put marshmallows in the microwave and watched them expand and get all huge and it made me feel like I was a kid again because I used to do that when I was younger.

  • Smiles to silliness... ;)

  • This has totally inspired me.

  • Totally awesome video. As for what I like to do, and I know you like this too, I LOVE to dance in a really silly way. It makes me feel great and so happy!

  • Weed will bring the inner child out of you.

  • Nice rack

  • Watching Pippi Langstrumpf :D

  • I like to watch movies but 'the happy' is mostly transient. What I really like is looking at the stars on a hot night, doing tai chi and feeling the energies and having free time to go wherever my instincts tell me. Art for me is a way of expression, I would not say I'm always happy doing it; when you described it it seemed more like socializing than art making lol -which is not bad either-. I've a question for you actually, I've been hearing about DMT lately. Have you done it? What is it like?
