Prior to entering his first season with the Swarm in 2012, defenseman Mitch Belisle was well known for delivering some bone-crushing hits. Belisle lived up to the hype this past season, and helped anchor Minnesota's defense with his gritty, go-go play. One of Belisle's finest hits this season came against Edmonton, when he gave John Lintz of the Edmonton Rush a surprise visit while exiting the penalty box.
