The Local news stations were very specific about the 2nd and 3rd bombs. They spoke with high level authorities and received info on the size of the bombs and their explosive power and that they had one that was "not detonated." This wasn't a rumor, it came from authorities who had just witnessed the bombs in the buildings themselves. I don't care if you sold ice cream outside the bomb site or whatever.
