So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in my sinful nature[d] a slave to the law of sin.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people. 19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

I went through a break up last year and he was the only one I had bible study with.

and even though I continue on my own It hard to be alone sometimes and even though reading my bible is enpowering I forget some weeks to read the holy word.and this really did help me out it was like having that friend again to help read and it was empower my soul.thank you and plz keep continueing these bible studies.

@JaeTracie - Thanks heaps. Sorry to speak so frank, but it's been really relevant to me as I've been struggling with lust and all of that. Making a lot of strides with the Lord, but have been stumbling.

Hearing your message, and being reminded that God's grace is sufficient in our situation, and to trust in his strength -was really encouraging.

I think that the solution to our struggles is just humbling ourselves and crying out to the Lord for his help, and drawing close to him.
