@ImABeast54321 i think it might be m'gann because of her powers and {possible spoiler} the hints that she's a white martian and how theres the whole class boundary between green and white martians. I think its possible that something like a white martian radical has overstepped boundaries and has formed a psychic link to her mind and is therefore spying on them. Maybe even expanding her powers to make her stronger or chose her because she has such a powerful mind.
