It's pretty funny, but that uniform is all wrong. He has the rank of Specialist and says he's a general? Specialists aren't Drill Instructors. The rank of specialist doesn't even exist in the corps. That's the army.

And General's aren't drill instructors, either. And he's wearing an army green class A jacket with a marine corps under shirt, with a belt over his jacket.
