Director - Marcos Souza -- In the flute tells the story of three generations of Brazilian flute playing. The first generation is represented by 82-year old maestro Altamiro Carrilho, who is still fully active. The second generation represented by multi-instrumentalist Carlos Malta, who is 46 years old and considered one of the top names in Brazilian flute playing. And the third generation discovered by indication from musicians, schools of music and journalists.
