Bad drivers and other incidentals caught on my dash cam while at work in late May through June. All these are in various parts of the San Francisco Bay area. The music just the local oldies station. In the fast lane of music there are good songs and a few crappy ones.

  • I want a refund for the 5 minutes I wasted watching this.. =S

  • lots of picky little traffic nazi shit ~yawn~

  • man that biker must have been pissed looked like he went to tap on the window. also did that car actually bump your cab when it was changing lanes thats messed up. people are dumb when they drive and that scares me every accident ive been in id due to dumbass drivers

  • @dewboy13 i agree he rolled to stop that wasn't right, but it's going to be hard to say just because of that and that only he was in the wrong if they both came to the stop sign at the same time and the guy made a rolling stop to turn right it could really go either way he rolled to the stop but at the same time he was turning right. Yeah it is refreshing i agree with that.

  • Great, now I'm raging and I haven't even left the house yet lol. I don't know how you aren't screaming at some of these people! I guess with so many years of driving you may get kind of desensitized to it all though.

  • @SteelCity1981 it matters if it is a rolling stop in this situation, as the car did not have the right of way. I'll agree to disagree with you, only because neither of us are going to yield in our opinions. I obviously feel the car was clearly in the wrong, you not so much. I do appreciate you keeping our comments civil. It's a rare thing anymore on youtube.

  • @dewboy13 the truck wasn't in the lane they were both there at the same time the truck wasn't in the middle of the turn crossing the lane.you have to yeil to people turning right always that car wasn't down the road. doesn't matter if it was a rolling stop or not the white car still had the right away. if there is a line of cars turning right at a stop light you can be the first car turning left on the opposite side you still have to wait for all of those cars turning right.

  • @SteelCity1981 It really does matter who came their first. When the truck started his turn, it was clear to do so. Therefore he is driving legally. Just because he was turning left, doesn't automatically make him have to wait for another vehicle down the road, who might be turning the same way or not. The car came up, clearly, after the truck had begun his legal left turn. That gives him the right of way, especially when you factor in the illegal "rolling stop." Can't argue fact!

  • @SteelCity1981 Has everything to do with who got their first. Also, and most important, the sign says STOP, not roll slowly. If a stop was not legally required, it would be a yield sign. A "rolling stop", is not a stop. It does not hold up in court, because, duh, IT'S NOT A STOP. The truck was already moving through the intersection, when the car broke the law by doing a "rolling stop."
