@richwicz they travel so fast they 1) achieve low orbital velocity and 2) set the very air on fire!! firemares are phenomenal! on earth that would be ~17000mph.. this planet Krull is set on must be HUGE.. it takes a day to get there at 17000mph... 17000*24=408000miles in a day so the minimum circumference would be 816000miles. earth O is ~23000miles.. this is massive! as was this movie!! short in stature broad of vision was it?

I forgot the fire mares flew, even for a fantasy film that's a bit silly.If they had wings like Pegasus in Clash of the Titans it would make more sense.Still, I think Krull is an entertaining flick with a great score.

James Horner conducted music for Star Trek II and Aliens, but those movies seemed to be bigger than his score. This movie was elevated to a new level thanks to his composition.
