Christian Laettner cleaned the floor at Rupp Arena tonight during the fourth quarter of the Big Blue All-Stars vs the Villains game. Laettner was the head coach of The Villains team and heard boos from the crowd all night.

Still that took balls to come back to Rupp knowing you would get that kind of treatment...it healed a lot of wounds on both sides and I commend him for it. But still Coach K has said he does NOT want to play at Rupp despite Tubby and Cal both saying they would go to CIS

He got a technical for placing his foot on his chest, he didn't stomp him to hurt him. The foot on the chest was more of a show of dominance. It was wrong yes, but he was given a technical. the rule states that a player will be ejected upon excessive use of force. The "stomp" was in no way an excessive use of force.

i wouldn't say they blew it. they fucked up on the last play, for sure, but it was a miracle they had even made it that far. kentucky was just coming off its probation years and was basically a team of walk-ons whereas duke was the clear favorite that year. would have been a colossal upset had UK won
