Donkeys Playing

Miniature donkey Eli and mammoth donkey Chaco love to play on summer evenings when the sun goes down and it begins to cool off. Eli, age two, is the instigator, and Chaco, age ten, gets the worst of things, despite being much larger.

Eli's mother, Jasmine, is seen at the end of the clip - unfazed by the geldings' antics, she goes peacefully about her business.

Geldings are more playful than mares, so it's nice to have two of them together so that they can get out all that energy.
